Privacy Policy

The short version: this website collects no personal data from you. No accounts, no sign-up forms, no cookies set by us, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. Protecting the people behind the program's numbers is part of the program itself — the same masking discipline you see on our showcase dashboards applies to everything we publish.

1. What we do not collect

You can read everything on this website without telling us anything. The website has no login, no registration, no comment forms, and no data-entry forms. We do not set cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising scripts.

2. What happens technically when you visit

The website is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes standard connection information (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages and protect against abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive or store this information.
The community scoreboard on the homepage fetches one public data file from our own scoreboard service. That file contains city-level program totals only — no personal data, and nothing about you is sent with the request beyond the standard web request itself.
Email and telephone links on the site simply open your own mail or phone app. We receive nothing unless you choose to contact us.
If you use the guided tour, your player preferences (captions on/off, music on/off) are saved only in your own browser's local storage, on your device. They are never transmitted to us.

3. Personal data in the program figures we publish

The program results shown on this website are aggregate, measured figures from the BEST Trash to Cashback ledger. Where we showcase a participating organization's dashboard, the organization's identity and all personal details — names, email addresses, card numbers, and phone numbers — are masked before publication. Traceability is preserved through transaction references, not through anyone's identity.

4. If you contact us

If you email or call us, we will use your contact details only to respond to you, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

5. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have rights over personal data held about you, including access, correction, and objection.
